Stuttgart, Germany / New Delhi, India Porsche has officially unveiled the new-generation Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, boasting an impressive 782 horsepower and advanced hybrid technology. The luxury sports sedan has also been launched in India, with a starting price of ₹1.68 crore, making it one of the most powerful and premium offerings in its segment.
According to Autocar India, the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid is the most powerful variant of the new-generation Panamera lineup. The car combines a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine with an electric motor, producing a staggering 782 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. This powertrain allows the Panamera to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, with a top speed of 315 km/h.
Porsche has also introduced the new Panamera in India, starting with the Panamera Standard and Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid variants. The base model is priced at ₹1.68 crore, while the Turbo S E-Hybrid variant is expected to cost significantly more due to its hybrid performance and added features.
The Panamera’s hybrid system has been upgraded with a larger 25.9 kWh battery, enabling an electric-only range of up to 91 km. The model features an updated PDK gearbox, adaptive air suspension, and Porsche’s signature driver-assistance technology, enhancing both performance and comfort.
With a blend of high-performance engineering and hybrid efficiency, Porsche aims to position the new Panamera as a benchmark in the luxury sedan segment. Deliveries for the Indian market are expected to begin in the coming months, with Porsche dealerships already accepting bookings.
